Unrefined oil undergoes gentle primary pressing, which fully preserves the natural complex of vitamins (especially vitamin E), trace elements and the rich taste and aroma profile of the seeds. In turn, deeply refined deodorized oil undergoes multi-stage technological purification, filtration and deodorization, which ensures absolute transparency, the absence of foreign odors and resistance to oxidation during intensive frying or the preparation of culinary sauces. We strictly control the indicators of acidity, moisture and peroxide value in our own accredited laboratory on each production batch, guaranteeing uncompromising stability and security of supply.
