Industrial Sunflower Oil Production and Sunflower Seed Processing
INTER OLIYA provides a full-cycle sunflower seed processing operation, from raw material quality control and preparation to pressing, purification, laboratory testing and shipment of finished products. Modern equipment, an in-house laboratory and HACCP-based quality control ensure consistent quality of sunflower oil, sunflower meal and biofuel for Ukrainian and international partners.
INTER OLIYA is a Ukrainian agricultural processing company with many years of industry experience, specializing in the industrial production of sunflower oil, sunflower meal and biofuel. Our own production facilities cover the full processing cycle, from receiving and testing sunflower seeds to producing finished goods and preparing them for shipment.
Quality control begins with the incoming raw material. Before processing, sunflower seeds are tested for key parameters, including moisture and oil content. The raw material is then cleaned and prepared for further processing. This approach helps maintain a stable production process and consistent characteristics of the finished products.
Our sunflower seed processing facilities are equipped with modern industrial technology, including pressing equipment, extraction lines, purification and filtration systems, as well as refining and deodorization equipment for sunflower oil. Production automation allows us to use raw materials efficiently, minimize losses and maintain consistent product quality.
Sunflower oil production involves quality control at several stages of the process. Unrefined sunflower oil is produced through gentle pressing, while refined deodorized oil undergoes additional purification, filtration and deodorization stages. Our in-house laboratory tests both raw materials and finished batches, monitoring key parameters such as acidity, clarity and other quality indicators.
In addition to sunflower oil, INTER OLIYA produces sunflower meal and biofuel. Full-cycle processing allows us to make efficient use of sunflower seeds and supply products for a range of industries, including food production, animal feed, agriculture and energy.
Production safety and consistency are maintained in accordance with HACCP principles. Quality control is carried out throughout the production cycle — from sourcing and receiving raw materials to laboratory testing and preparation of finished products for delivery.
INTER OLIYA works with both Ukrainian and international partners, supplying sunflower oil, sunflower meal and biofuel in wholesale quantities. For export shipments, we provide the required documentation and organize logistics in accordance with the requirements of the destination market.
